Stampede Volunteers

Our rodeo is successful because dedicated individuals and local business folk with roots in rodeo, ranching and the western way of life, volunteer each year to support Stampede Rodeo and protect their heritage.

Volunteers are needed to assist with set-up, grounds preparation, hanging banners, taking tickets, and a multitude of other tasks. Please use our online Volunteer Form to sign up.

When you attend the annual Auburn Rodeo, you're sure to notice how much fun the committee members and other volunteers are having - and how much work they are doing. Now is a good time to put on your old cowboy hat and raise your hand!

The Board of Directors has put together a team of professionals and volunteers that have brought the Auburn Rodeo to be what it is today. Local and regional retailers have joined forces with the committee in dedicating the week to western activities, decorated storefronts and special sales.

If you would like to volunteer to assist with the next Auburn Wild West Stampede, please contact the AWWS office at (530) 889-BUCK or use the online form available on this site. An AWWS staff member will be happy to discuss possible ways your help can be accepted.

Not a lot of time, but want to help anyway? Consider becoming an AWWS Partner! The Partners page tells you how.
