Dick Foster Special Kids RodeoThe Wild West Stampede Committee is proud to present the Dick Foster Special Kids Rodeo for children with a wide range of physical and learning challenges. Each year up to 40 children participate after which they and family members are hosted to the PRCA rodeo thanks to their sponsors.

Kid-size rodeo props are used, such as rocking chair bulls and broncs, roping dummies, and stick horses that are appropriate to the needs of this group of special children. Safety is given primary emphasis at all times.

The AWWS Commitee, along with the Rodeo volunteers and sponsors, are pleased to donate their time to a group of special children that might otherwise never experience the thrill of participating in an arena sports event.

This event will be held at 12 noon at the Gold Country Fairgrounds in Auburn prior to the Sunday PRCA Rodeo. click to view full size
