2012 Kid’s Mutton Bustin’ Entry Form

Kid’s Mutton Bustin’ will be held during the Auburn Wild West Stampede on Saturday, April 28 and Sunday, April 29, 2012. It is open to any child between the ages of 4 & 8 years old, and weighing 60 pounds or less. Each day will be limited to 25 entries. Entry fee is $35.00 per child per day. Each Mutton Bustin' contentant receives a Rodeo Admission and a Mutton Bustin' T-shirt. There will be a prize for the "Best Dressed" Mutton Buster. A buckle will be awarded to the 1st place Buster. Pick up your contestant bag in the Sierra Building at Volunteer Check In (located at the end of the ramp below Gate 2) before you enter the Rodeo Grounds.

NOTES:
(1) A helmet is required and must be provided by the rider.
(2) Each child may have one helper in the arena.
(3) AWWS reserves the right to refuse any entry.
(4) Limited to 25 entries each day.
(5) Applications must be received by Monday, April 9, 2012.

The undersigned does hereby voluntarily assume all risks arising out of and / or connected with his or her participation in the below named event and does hereby release the Auburn Wild West Stampede, Wild West Rodeo Assn. Inc., Gold Country Fairgrounds, the employees, agents and / or officers, and all other persons associated with the organizations, from any and all claims and causes of action that may result of any injury to the undersigned which has been sustained or may be sustained, and from any and all damages to property belonging to the undersigned that may be a result of his or her participation in the Auburn Wild West Stampede Mutton Bustin’ Event. If the undersigned is a minor, the parent or guardian of said minor shall sign this release and hereby agrees to hold each of the above said persons harmless from any liability whatsoever to said minor arising out of his or her participation in the above named event.
